declarando de utilidade p\u0026uacute;blica, para fins de DESAPROPRIA\u0026Ccedil;\u0026Atilde;O de seu dom\u0026iacute;nio, com base no art. 5\u0026ordm;, al\u0026iacute;nea \u0026ldquo;m\u0026rdquo; do Decreto Lei Federal n\u0026ordm; 3.365\/41, com reda\u0026ccedil;\u0026atilde;o dada pela Lei n\u0026ordm; 6.602, de 07 de dezembro de 1978, \u003Cstrong\u003E01 (um) terreno baldio situado na Rua Vera Maria Santos Oliveira\u003C\/strong\u003E, bairro Jos\u0026eacute; Milton Machado, Itabaiana, Sergipe, cuja \u0026aacute;rea total \u0026eacute; 2.634,51 m\u0026sup2; (dois mil seiscentos e trinta e quatro v\u0026iacute;rgula cinquenta e um metros quadrados), limitando-se ao norte com 25,01m com a Rua Vera Maria Santos Oliveira, ao Sul com 23,00m com a Rua Fernando de Barreto, ao Leste com 119,94m com o Cemit\u0026eacute;rio Municipal do Campo Grande, e ao Oeste com 113,21m com a Travessa Projetada, \u003Cstrong\u003Ecuja \u0026aacute;rea ser\u0026aacute;
